- “With Sender or Awaiting Collection” indicates the initial stage of your parcel’s journey. This means Yodel is aware of your parcel but hasn’t received it from the sender yet.
- “Left Sender or Collected” signifies that the sender has shipped your parcel and it is en route to a Yodel depot.
- “At Yodel Depot” indicates Yodel has received your parcel and is preparing it for delivery on the scheduled day. It might also mean that a delivery attempt was unsuccessful and the parcel was returned to the depot.
- “Left Yodel Depot” confirms your parcel is no longer at the local depot and is now on its way to you. The “Left Yodel Depot” status may also appear as “With Courier/Driver.”
- “With Courier/Driver” means your parcel is in the safe hands of our delivery driver for its final leg of the journey.
- For 48 or 72-hour deliveries, your parcel may not arrive today; please check your estimated delivery date on the tracking page.
- “Was with Courier/Driver” indicates either successful delivery or an unsuccessful attempt, with the parcel returning to the depot. If your first delivery attempt was unsuccessful, we’ll try again twice on consecutive working days.
- “Delivered” confirms that your parcel has been successfully delivered, either to you directly, a neighbor, or a designated safe place.
