SEUR is the leading national and international company for package delivery and courier services, demonstrating our dominance and extensive global reach. Choose SEUR for urgent shipments and time-critical transport.

Track your SEUR shipments across Spain, including the Balearic and Canary Islands, as well as Ceuta and Melilla. To track your package, simply access the shipment tracking section and enter your unique tracking number. Your tracking code is provided by the shipper when the shipment is made. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact the company or individual who sent the shipment. Enter your shipment identifier to instantly find the current status of your delivery.

See the tracking status descriptions provided below. We will explain the meaning of some of the most common tracking statuses:

  • “In warehouse” means your package has arrived at a SEUR facility and is awaiting shipment to its final destination.
  • “In transit” means your package has left its origin and is on its way to the destination for delivery.
  • “On the way” means SEUR is actively taking internal steps to expedite your package’s delivery.
  • “In SEUR management” signifies your shipment is undergoing necessary internal SEUR procedures before final delivery.
  • “Out for delivery” means your package is with our delivery professional and scheduled for delivery today.
  • “New delivery established” means a new delivery date has been set, due to internal procedures or after you resolved an incidence issue.
  • “To be solved by the client” means we need additional shipping data from the recipient to ensure successful delivery.
  • “Unknown address or unknown recipient” indicates we require additional address or contact information to complete your delivery.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time unless you selected a preferential service, which guarantees delivery before 8:30 a.m., 10 a.m., or 1:30 p.m.

Yes, the consignee can authorize another person to collect their shipment. The authorized person must present a written authorization signed by the recipient and a photocopy of the recipient’s DNI, NIE, or passport.

SEUR couriers do not manage delivery arrangements over the phone, please use our online tools. SEUR will notify you via SMS or email with the scheduled delivery date and estimated time range. If you need to change the delivery date, follow the instructions sent via SMS or email. You can make delivery changes up to one hour before the reported delivery time range. This may occur if the information we have about your shipment is incomplete or incorrect and requires clarification. Or, tracking may be unavailable if essential shipment information is missing.

When our courier cannot contact you, we will send a notification via SMS, email, or physical note, explaining the reason for non-delivery and providing a link/code for new delivery options. To request a new delivery or make changes, enter the absence code and postal code in the absence notification section to modify the delivery/collection address, change the date/time, select a pickup center, or return the shipment.

At SEUR, we want you to receive your shipment quickly, which is why we offer various flexible time and place of delivery. After a missed delivery attempt, request pickup at a SEUR store, change the delivery date/address, or complete delivery details.

With over 75 years of experience, SEUR integrates international transport, e-commerce, and value-added logistics. SEUR was founded in 1942 by Justo Yúfera Cerdán, an important figure in the transport industry. SEUR’s first service was 24-hour packet rail transport between Madrid and Barcelona. Over subsequent decades, SEUR expanded its network across the Iberian Peninsula and began internationalization. In 2004, GeoPost (subsidiary of La Poste of France) invested in SEUR, gradually acquiring franchises to gain majority control by 2012.

Julene Asensio has worked for a long time as a logistics expert. Her career has involved helping people ship things all over the world, for about fifteen years, actually. She really knows a lot about how global shipping and postal systems work, and her experience has made her someone that people respect. Because she likes to fix problems, she’s become a leader in her field. However, Julene also runs her own website, https://www.trackingpkgs.com, which is a place where people can track their packages easily. Having worked as a logistics consultant for so long, Julene is an expert in getting packages from one place to another. Businesses have asked for her help to make their shipping systems better. For example, she helps them cut costs and learn about different rules around the world. Her expertise includes understanding things like customs paperwork, moving freight, storing things in warehouses, making deliveries better, and how postal services work. Moreover, she built https://www.trackingpkgs.com to give people an easy way to keep an eye on their packages. Julene decided to make https://www.trackingpkgs.com because of her many years working in shipping. She saw a lot of people, both individuals and companies, getting worried and stressed when they couldn't find their packages. It was clear that the usual tracking systems were confusing and hard to use. This often caused delays and the chance for packages to get lost. Consequently, she decided to create a solution. The main goal of the site is to help people see where their packages are, giving them more power over the shipping process. The website is built to be simple to use, bringing together tracking information from many different shipping companies all over the world so that everyone can easily use it.
