What’s the definition of each package status?

Package Status Updates

Tracking Packages provides real-time updates on the status of your shipment to keep you informed and reassured. The available status definitions include: Not Found, Info Received, In Transit, Pick Up, Out for Delivery, Undelivered, Delivered, Alert, and Expired.

These statuses help you understand your package’s journey. Once tracking is complete, we will display the most up-to-date status based on the available tracking information, allowing you to easily follow your shipment’s progress.

Important Notice: The system automatically determines your package’s status, and we aim to provide accurate updates. However, please note that we are not responsible for the shipment itself; our role is only to facilitate communication between carriers and customers. If you have any questions or issues with your package’s status, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Status Definitions

Not Found

We could not locate your package at this time. Please double-check the tracking number with the sender. Updates are provided periodically, so please check back later.

Common reasons:

  • The carrier has not accepted your package yet.
  • The carrier has not scanned or entered tracking information.
  • The tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
  • The shipment was posted too long ago, and information is no longer available.

Please note that delays can happen between the scanning events and when tracking information becomes available. It can take a day or two for updates, so don’t worry if you don’t see immediate tracking information.

Info Received
The delivery service has been notified and is preparing to collect your package.

In Transit
Your package is on its way to the destination.

Common scenarios:

  • The carrier has taken over and begun processing the package.
  • The package has departed from the origin country and may be in transit to the destination country, pending customs clearance.
  • The package is traveling through another country as part of the transit process.

We recommend checking the tracking within 1-2 days of the package’s arrival in the destination country to stay updated and ensure smooth delivery.

Pick Up

Your package is available for pickup at a designated location. Please retrieve it promptly to avoid it being returned to the sender.

Note: If your package has been delivered successfully, you can disregard this notification.

Out for Delivery

Your package is in the process of being delivered to you. To ensure a smooth delivery, make sure your contact information is correct and accessible. If you haven’t received your package yet, please contact the carrier to arrange redelivery.

Undelivered

We attempted to deliver your package, but the delivery was unsuccessful. Please contact the carrier for clarification on the issue.

Common reasons for a failed delivery attempt:

  • The recipient was unavailable.
  • Delays in delivery led to a rescheduled time.
  • Address issues or difficulty locating the delivery location.

If you’re certain your package has been successfully delivered, disregard this notification. Otherwise, contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup.

Delivered

Your package has been successfully delivered. If the intended recipient hasn’t received it, please contact the sender or carrier for clarification.

Alert

There are unusual circumstances affecting your shipment. This could include the package being returned to the sender, held by customs, or damaged during transit.

Possible reasons for an alert:

  • The recipient refused to accept the package.
  • The delivery address is incomplete or illegible.
  • Customs held the package for inspection, taxes, or prohibited items.
  • The package was damaged or lost during shipping.

If your package hasn’t been delivered and is marked as “Alert,” please check the tracking information carefully. If needed, contact the sender or carrier for further clarification.

Expired

We apologize for the delay in your package’s delivery. This may be due to several factors:

Possible reasons:

  • Delays in updating tracking information due to high shipping volumes.
  • The carrier missed entering tracking updates.
  • The package may have been lost in transit.

If you’ve already received your package, disregard this notice. If not, contact the sender or carrier for clarification.
