These definitions are designed to give you an understanding of your packages journey. Once tracking is complete we will display the status based on all the tracking information available so that you can easily stay updated on your shipments progress.
It’s important to note that the system automatically determines the package status for purposes only and we strive for accuracy in these updates. However please understand that we are not responsible for your shipment in any way as our role is solely to facilitate communication between carriers and customers. Not Found
We couldn’t locate your package at the moment. If needed please double check, with the sender of the package. Come back later to get accurate tracking details as updates may be provided periodically.

- The carrier hasn’t accepted your package yet.
- The carrier hasn’t scanned and entered tracking information for your package yet.
- Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
- The item was posted a long time ago, info not available anymore.
Typically once the sender sends out your package the carrier takes over. Begins processing it. They scan the package. Input the tracking information making sure everything is set for the next stage of delivery. Sometimes there can be a delay between these scanning events and when the tracking information becomes available in their system.
This delay could be due to the volume of packages being processed or technical glitches. It usually takes a days, for processing so don’t worry if you don’t see any tracking updates right away. Just try again later as they regularly update the information.
Info Received
The delivery service has been notified of the shipment details. Is now preparing to collect the package.
In Transit
Your package has been sent from the country of origin. Is currently on its way, to the intended destination.

- Your package has been handed over to the carrier.
- Your package has been dispatched or departed from its country of origin.
- Your package has arrived its destination country and pending customs inspection.
- Your package has arrived its destination country and during domestic transportation.
- Your package is under another transportation period. For instance, it’s in another country as a transit point and will be forwarded from there to its final destination country.

Pick Up

Out for Delivery
